Sopra Steria is recruiting a Resolution Case Handler to join our customer-focused team delivering fair outcomes for NS&I.
You will manage a daily caseload with thorough investigations, ensure compliance, and maintain clear, empathetic communication with customers in a regulated environment.
The role is permanent, based at our Durham or Blackpool hubs, with a training programme followed by a hybrid pattern requiring 1–2 days in the office per week and the rest from home.
