Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects and funding programmes to address hardship and build resilience.
• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Strong safeguarding, governance and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of projects and funding programmes to address hardship, prevent crisis and build long-term resilience
• Managing grant funding, commissioned services, performance monitoring and impact reporting
• Supporting complex and high-risk cases, ensuring effective safeguarding and joined-up, person-centred pathways
• Building strong partnerships with voluntary, community and statutory organisations across Northumberland
• Using data and insight to identify need, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with governance, financial and quality standards
