Requirements
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care /Children & Young People

Shift Patterns
  • Thursday & Friday: 24-hour shifts (9am-9am) or Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour activity-focused shifts (9am-9am)
  • Rolling rota pattern
  • Resident curfew is 11pm; residents do not have key access and must be accompanied when leaving

  • Young people with low to moderate mental health needs, ADHD, or mild learning difficulties
  • Individuals leaving the care system or who have experienced placement breakdowns
  • Young people who may already be in work, education, or training but still require structured support and safeguarding
Your Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be a consistent and reassuring presence in the lives of these young people. You'll help promote life skills, routine, and personal development, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and safeguarding protocols.

This role does not involve hands-on care, medication administration, or physical intervention – instead, it focuses on emotional support, structure, and daily living guidance.
