A dedicated care provider in Blandford Forum is seeking a compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents during the night. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, along with experience supporting individuals with autism. This part-time position offers 20 hours a week over weekends, providing vital support and personalized care in a residential home environment.
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our residential home in Highcliffe. In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our residents safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night — offering reassurance and essential support whenever it's needed most.
We are seeking someone with a solid background in health and social care and experience supporting people with autism.

At Autism Unlimited, we help people live independent and fulfilling lives. Everyone we support communicates in their own way — some use PECS cards, others Sign-a-long, and some use familiar phrases. If you haven't used Sign-a-long before, not to worry we provide all required training!
20 hours per week
Friday and Saturday - 10pm - 8am
