Job summary

GI Group are recruiting a reliable van driver for an ongoing role with a carrier company based in Market Harborough. You will deliver to residential addresses and maintain professionalism throughout the day.

Hours are 1300–2100, full-time, any five days from seven. Pay is £15.34 per hour including advanced holiday pay, with weekly PAYE payments. A valid UK Category B licence, DBS check and a safety‑facing approach are required.

Qualifications

• A valid UK, in-date Category B (car) license.
• No more than 6 SP penalty points accepted (no BA/CD/CU/DR/IN endorsements).
• DBS check required before start date.
• Happy being outdoors and deliver post in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Good customer service skills and a safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism during deliveries.
• Perform vehicle checks and ensure the van is in safe working order.
