Qualifications

• RICS accreditation (Assoc RICS, MRICS, or FRICS) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Undertake valuations for mortgage and private survey purposes.
• Manage your own caseload efficiently and ensure timely completion of reports.
• Use iPad-based surveying technology to record findings accurately.
• Act as an ambassador for the organisation when visiting properties.
• Adapt to business needs and support innovative inspection techniques.

Skills
