A leading children's care provider in Nottingham seeks a Residential Therapeutic Care Worker to ensure the safety and well-being of looked-after children. Responsibilities include providing calm and reassuring care, supporting children's routines, and building trusting relationships. Candidates should be resilient, caring, and confident, with a full UK driving license. This role offers funded training, career progression, and a well-being package. Salary is £27,303 plus overtime for a full-time contract requiring 40 hours per week.

Location: Nottingham
Salary: £27,303 + overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays, working on a 2‑week rolling rota
