• Must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet the needs of Children and Young People per Ofsted regulations.
• Plan team rotas and support Deputy and home manager.
• Assist in implementing the Statement of Purpose.
• Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager.
• Create a safe family environment.
