A national care provider in Oldham is looking for a Residential Team Leader to support young people aged 8–18. The role involves helping with daily routines, planning activities, and providing emotional support. No prior experience is required, but a caring attitude is essential. As a Residential Team Leader you will help young people (ages 8–18) with their daily routines, get them ready for school, prep for meal times and plan activities. You will create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping, building strong, meaningful relationships and providing emotional support. You will plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects and keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Our home is a 5 bedded home which currently has 4 young people living there, and an enthusiastic staff team that enjoy working with the young people. The team works hard to support each other and ensure that the workload is shared and equal each day.
