Salary: £13.87 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

Children’s Residential Team Leader

As a Residential Team Leader you will help young people (ages 8–18) with their daily routines, get them ready for school, prep for meal times and plan activities. You will create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping, building strong, meaningful relationships and providing emotional support. You will plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects and keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Where You’ll Do It

Our home is a 5 bedded home which currently has 4 young people living there, and an enthusiastic staff team that enjoy working with the young people. The team works hard to support each other and ensure that the workload is shared and equal each day.
