Richard Russell Surveyors is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our Birmingham-based team. We balance quality with flexibility, offering genuine autonomy and strong support from our office team so you can focus on surveying and client service.

The role covers Birmingham, South Birmingham, Solihull and surrounding areas, including the growth of our presence across Coventry and Rugby. You’ll undertake RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys and Red Book valuations, with a flexible

Qualifications

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Experience with RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys.
• Experience in residential Red Book valuations.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Pride in detailed, high-quality work.
• Comfort with technology and new ways of working.
• Willing to contribute ideas and grow the practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys.
• Undertake residential Red Book valuations.
