The successful candidate will undertake a range of residential surveys and valuations, working independently and delivering reports to the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys and valuation reports.
  • Conduct mortgage valuations, shared ownership, Help to Buy, and probate valuations.
  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with RICS regulations and company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents, and colleagues.
About the Requirements
  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualified Surveyor.
  • Registered Valuer (VRS essential).
  • Proven experience in residential surveying and valuation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
