Colliers is looking for an enthusiastic Surveyor to join the Residential Valuation team within the London Valuation and Advisory Services department. We welcome applications from newly qualified surveyors through to those operating at Senior Surveyor level. Those who are close to qualifying will also be considered.
The role focused on delivering high-quality valuation and advisory work on individual residential assets. This is typically, single houses and apartments, small residential investment buildings, and other one-off residential instructions. This role sits within the Residential Valuation function but is separate from the teams handling student accommodation (PBSA), Build-to-Rent (BTR), and some buy-to-let portfolios.
The majority of instructions comprise loan security valuations. You will inspect properties, analyse market evidence, prepare clear reports for clients, and help maintain strong client relationships.
