Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS / AssocRICS Residential Surveyors preferred where applicable
• Experience with Level 2 Homebuyer Reports or mortgage valuation workflow advantageous
• Candidates qualified through SAVA or recognised routes welcomed

Responsibilities

• Focus on mortgage valuations and Level 2 Homebuyer Reports within established national survey operations
• Deliver accurate residential surveys and clear reporting within a structured team
• Engage with clients and senior surveyors to develop professional surveying skills
