Residential Surveyor – Home-Based (London & South East)

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus car allowance and commission

Contract: Permanent | Monday to Friday

We’re recruiting for a well-established property services company that works with UK’s banks, building societies, and private clients, providing valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys across London and the South East.

This role is ideal for an AssocRICS-qualified Residential Surveyor seeking variety, flexibility, and a supportive environment for growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys for private clients and lenders
  • Completing mortgage valuations and RICS Red Book valuations
  • Using tablet-based technology like Quest, GoReport, and BCIS for efficient reporting
  • Building relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders
  • Handling a varied workload from secured lending to private client reports

Requirements:

  • AssocRICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS also accepted)
  • At least two years post-qualification experience in residential valuations
  • Strong technical skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and IT skills
  • Team player with a genuine interest in property
