Residential Surveyors – Inner M25 – Independent Firm (Top Tier Panel, Private and In-house workload)

I'm working with one of the long-standing, highly reputable London-focused Property Services Groups whose surveying arm services panel, private and in-house instructions across the inner‑M25.

As a result of both new contract/panel awards and wider group investment, they are now looking to hire a number of additional Residential Surveyors as follows:

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS qualified
• VRS preferred, but those without can still be considered for L3 focused workloads
• ALL LONDON and INNER M25 postcodes considered (our client will accommodate almost all options/preferences)
• Huge variety of work with no push for excessive volume (Top tier panel alongside private and in-house referrals from the wider property group)
• Excellent average fees
• Bonuses based on income NOT points, with generous, incremental percentages / low thresholds
• Commitment to work life balance, achieved through fair targets, excellent tech, and comprehensive back‑office support
