We are seeking reliable, caring Residential Support Worker (Waking Nights) to provide high-quality overnight care and supervision. This role is essential in maintaining pupils' safety, wellbeing and emotional reassurance throughout the night.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils overnight
  • Providing reassurance and emotional support when needed
  • Carrying out regular checks and responding appropriately to any concerns
  • Maintaining a calm, secure and supportive environment
  • Working closely with day and night teams to ensure continuity of care

You are also required to have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS that is either on the Update Service or be prepared to have a new DBS check processed.
