A children's residential care provider in Cannock is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to provide support to young people. With flexible part-time shifts, this role focuses on building confidence and assisting with daily routines. Candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential or be working towards it. The position offers competitive pay and excellent professional development opportunities.
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour + good overtime rate
Working Hour: Part-Time (flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays)
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Children\'s Residential (enrolled/ working towards)
Experience in Years: Previous experience within a Children\'s Residential home
