You’ll help young people with daily routines, school prep, homework and activities, ensuring a safe, supportive environment and lasting memories. The role offers a full induction on our Care Academy and opportunities to progress within the group.

Qualifications

• A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
• Clear empathy for young people and a resilient approach to challenges.
• Driving licence required (held for at least 12 months).
• If you don’t have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), we’ll pay for you to study.
