A Kent-based children and young people’s care provider is now looking for an enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to help provide outstanding residential care in Dover.

The team provides safe, stable and nurturing homes for looked‑after children and young people, with a focus on small low‑occupancy services to personalise wellbeing and healthy lifestyle support as much as possible.

Depending on your experience, you could join the team as a:

  • Residential Support Worker
  • Senior Residential Support Worker

You’ll provide comprehensive and dynamic support to help residents build their confidence and independent living skills, in an environment that values self‑expression and development.

Person specification
  • (Essential) Able to be flexible with shift pattern (mornings, afternoons, sleep‑ins, weekends)
  • (Essential) Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
  • (Desirable) Previous experience of working within a children’s home
  • (Desirable) A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care / Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare / equivalent
