Job description

Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Winsford
Working Hour: 2 days on, 4 days off (rolling rota, including evenings, weekends & sleep-ins)
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: Included within rota c 10 to 11 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £65
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs aged 7–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Full induction and QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (provided if not already held)
Experience in Years Required: Experience desirable but not essential
Employment Type: Permanent

You will need to:

  • Experience working in a Children's Home with Children under the age of 17.

  • You only have experience in HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or as a Nursery Practitioner.
