Do you have experience working with SEN, learning disabilities, or young people in schools, youth work, or social care? • Support young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
• Assist with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, therapists, and external professionals to meet individual care plans
