A leading care organization in Dinnington is seeking caring Female Support Workers to help enhance the quality of life for individuals in their care. Responsibilities include helping clients gain independence, assisting with personal care, and encouraging community engagement. A full UK driving license is essential, along with a compassionate approach to supporting individuals with various challenges.
Support Worker Dinnington - £12.96 ph
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Typical Shifts are: 8am till 8pm, 8pm till 8am. 1 week work 4 days and the following week 3 days.
Our residential service in Dinnington is a welcoming and friendly environment. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
