Do you have experience working with SEN, Learning Disabilities or young people in youth work, schools or social care? Or are you a graduate in Psychology, Young People or Mental Health? If yes, do you want to work with and have a direct influence on positive outcomes for the UK's most vulnerable children? Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 Location: New Milton

Please note, this role will include working weekends, sleep overs, morning and evenings so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker

• Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children's social care - desirable as full training given)
• Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
• Display yourself as an appropriate role model
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
• Encourage positive life experiences for the children
• Strong experience building report
• Strong experience working in a team environment
• Ability to communicate in a positive and open manner
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
