Children's Support Workers - Temp to Perm Opportunities

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent, high‑quality care in line with individual care plans
• Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
• Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills
• Maintaining a safe, structured, and non‑judgemental environment

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting
• A full UK driving licence
• A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People is desirable but not essential
• A calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature
• A proactive and resilient approach with a strong “can‑do” attitude
