Childrens Support Workers Temp to Perm Opportunities

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Childrens Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Childrens Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans
• Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
• Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills
• Maintaining a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment

Requirements :

• A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting
• A full UK driving licence
• A calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature
