Residential Support Assistants | Wiltshire

At Tradewind Recruitment, we're proud to work with specialist schools and residential settings that change young lives every day.

We're looking for Residential Support Assistants to join or team and support some brilliant, therapeutic and child centred provisions across Wiltshire, to support young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism and behavioural challenges.

Our Residential Support Assistants help create a safe, nurturing environment where students can build confidence, independence and positive routines. The roles involve supporting young people in their residential house and for some settings, during school hours too, where you will encourage emotional growth and wellbeing.
