A summer camp organization in Cambridge is seeking counselors for a unique summer experience. As a counselor, you will lead and support groups of students aged 13-18, ensure their welfare and facilitate activities that promote teamwork and leadership skills. Applicants must be UK or US citizens or have the right to work in the UK. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a lively environment with participants from over 80 countries, while engaging in various fun events and activities.

Formación

• Experience working with young people is preferred.
• Positive role models must be able to handle responsibilities for a group of students.
• Willingness to undergo a background check is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Look after the welfare of students aged 13-18 years old.
• Organise and run sporting activities and evening programmes.
• Act as the first point of contact for students from various nationalities.
