Residential Solicitor

You'll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Handling residential property transactions from start to finish
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to team development

We're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer with 5PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development
• Experience with case management systems (preferred but not essential)
