Job summary

Randstad UK CPE Team is seeking a Site Labourer for a busy residential project in Wantage, Oxfordshire. The role involves keeping the site clean, assisting trades, and maintaining safe working conditions on a temporary/ongoing contract.

Candidates should hold a valid CSCS card and full PPE. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential, with previous residential site experience and reliable transport to site required.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots).
• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested).
• Previous experience on a residential new-build site.
• Reliable transportation to reach the site.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
• Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and wearing full PPE at all times.
