Job summary

A leading UK house builder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a new development in Surrey. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in new build development, ideally with a trade background in Carpentry or Bricklaying. You will assist the Site Manager and manage sub-contractors while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience assisting on a new build development.
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications.
• Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with the day to day running of the site.
• Manage sub-contractors and monitor attendance and progress.
• Maintain site paperwork to be audit compliant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
