An exciting new opportunity has arrived in Dorset! We're looking for an organised, creative, and compassionate Deputy Manager to help lead our brand-new Approved Premises service.

Please note: This role has an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practicing and professing Christian (Equality Act 2010).

Your Mission:
  • Support residents as they transition from custody to community life
  • Build positive relationships and ensure safety, support, and structure
  • Carry out inspections, monitor behaviour, and promote wellbeing
  • Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Be a role model for Christian values and create a Christ‑centred, hope‑filled environment
