Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join our William H Brown estate agency team in Gorleston.

In this role you will win new instructions, list properties for the market, and deliver outstanding customer service while building strong relationships with clients face-to-face and over the phone. You will maximise opportunities to book appointments for our Mortgage Advisors and progress listings to completion.

Qualifications

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
