Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing open market or affordable housing developments.
• Experience with standard forms of contract such as JCT.
• Full UK driving licence for travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the subcontract procurement process.
• Prepare and maintain cost value reconciliations.
• Administer and oversee subcontractor accounts.
• Manage affordable housing contracts and ensure compliance.
• Identify and report commercial risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with various teams to support project delivery.
• Support resolution of subcontractor disputes.
