Job summary

Harrison Drury Solicitors in Kendal is seeking a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing to join the busy Residential Property Team. You will handle a broad caseload, deliver excellent client service and keep clients and agents updated with progress.

The role requires strong organisation, IT proficiency with Case Management systems, and the ability to work autonomously within a challenging commercial environment while supporting business development and team

Qualifications

3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver outstanding client service.
Ability to run own caseload with careful attention to detail.
Proven effective management of matters.

Responsibilities

Handle a busy caseload of property transactions including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
Liaise with and support other service line teams.
Develop client relationships within the residential team and refer work internally.
Meet client expectations through timely acknowledgement and progression of calls and queries.
Assist with BD and marketing activities.
Provide support to solicitors as required.
Contribute to the team’s objectives.
