Residential Property Solicitor / Residential Conveyancer - Bristol

Location: Bristol

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working)

Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)

A well established and reputable law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join its successful and expanding Conveyancing team in Bristol. The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
  • Managing files independently with minimal supervision
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with:

  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
  • Proven experience managing a busy and varied caseload
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
