Executive Network Legal Limited is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Fee Earner for a Shropshire role with a salary ~£40k+ DOE. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, deliver a client-focused service, and liaise with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth progression.

The role emphasizes strong client care, organisation, and a proactive approach within a supportive team and dynamic private property practice.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' PQE or equivalent in residential property.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Proactive and organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Deliver efficient, professional, and client-focused service.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other professionals to progress transactions.
• Build strong client relationships with high standards of care.
• Support networking activities and help grow the team.
