We are looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer (NQ) to a friendly and highly regarded residential conveyancing team based in Essex. A great opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor who wants to develop a long-term career within a firm that invests heavily in its people. As part of the team you will handle a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re‑mortgages, new build and shared ownership transactions, and liaise with estate agents, lenders and clients to ensure smooth completion.
You will be a newly qualified solicitor with a training seat in residential property and be looking for a supportive role within a reputable practice where you can see your career flourish. As the appointed Residential Property Lawyer NQ, you will be client‑focused, ambitious, and eager to grow and contribute to the team’s success. You will be handling the broad remit of residential property including re‑mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds and deeds of variation.
