Oculus Legal Group are partnered with a highly regarded regional law firm that continues to expand its specialist property teams. With Residential Property being one of the firm’s strongest and fastest-growing departments, they are now seeking an experienced fee-earner to join the Ipswich office.

The Opportunity

A fantastic position has arisen for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ–5 PQE) to join a well-established Residential Property team. This is an excellent career-building role within a firm known for strong client relationships, progression opportunities, and a supportive working culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re‑mortgages (registered, unregistered, and new builds).
  • Handling lease extensions and auction matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional introducers.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice within the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, internal, and external audit requirements.

  • Confident managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
