Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid working available)
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Leading Cardiff firm is looking for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their expanding practice. This is a full-time role with flexible remote working options and a strong benefits package.

The successful residential conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Leasehold and newbuild transactions
  • Work closely with a Senior Associate in a small, collaborative team, delivering high-quality service to private clients.
What You\'ll Need
  • At least 2 years\' PQE running your own caseload of residential property matters
  • Strong experience with leasehold, newbuilds, and complex transactions
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, agents, and colleagues
  • A proactive, organised approach with a focus on client care
  • Familiarity with CQS protocols, Money Laundering Regulations, and regulatory compliance
  • Confidence using case management systems
