Job summary

HCB ACCOUNTANTS LLP is seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our Bedford office. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling a range of matters from sales to remortgaging and developing local client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE and strong knowledge in residential property law. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, pension contribution, and 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing required.
• Capability to progress your own caseload effectively.
• Experience in remortgages and equity release transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing from instruction to completion.
• Check titles for freehold and leasehold properties.
• Provide support and training to conveyancing assistants.
• Cross-refer clients to other departments when necessary.
