Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and general property‑related matters.

Requirements
