JMC Legal Recruitment is partnering with a Top 200 regional firm in Tunbridge Wells to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Associate with 1+ PQE for a hybrid role.

This Top 200 regional firm is growing its highly regarded Residential Property team in Tunbridge Wells and is looking to add a Solicitor or Associate who wants exposure to standout work and a clear path forward. The team is known for attracting lawyers from top City and regional firms, and for handling some of the best residential property matters in the South East.

The Role

You will join a well-resourced, high-performing team working on a full spread of residential conveyancing matters. The work is varied, often high value, and run properly from start to finish.

Your caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• High-value and high-net-worth residential transactions
• Registered and unregistered titles
• Matters handled with strong support and sensible systems in place

You will work closely with senior lawyers who are leaders in their field, with genuine access to guidance, mentoring and progression.

Who This Suits

This role is open to Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives from 1+ years' PQE upwards.
