Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfers - especially high-value or complex files
• Taking on and developing existing client and referrer relationships, growing your network
• Supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners and paralegals
• Actively contributing to team business development initiatives and strategic objectives

The Successful Applicant

The successful Residential Property Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ PQE in residential property
• Experienced in high-net-worth or complex residential transactions
• Technically strong, pragmatic, and client-focused
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently
