JMC Legal Recruitment in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE. You will manage your own caseload, handling freehold and leasehold transactions while delivering practical guidance and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ residential property experience.

The role

You’ll manage your own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Providing clear, practical advice and building strong client relationships.
• Taking ownership of transactions while collaborating with experienced colleagues.
• Supporting junior fee earners and conveyancing support staff.
• Getting involved in networking and developing the firm’s local profile.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ residential property experience, confident managing a caseload independently and handling transactions with minimal supervision.
