The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

  • Supporting the ongoing development and success of the property department
Candidate Profile: What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential property law
  • Extensive experience managing residential conveyancing files within a UK law firm
  • Strong technical skills in conveyancing, compliance, and risk management
