My client is seeking a talented and driven Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team specialising in New Homes. JOB REF: 9115

As a Residential Conveyancer in the New Homes team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a full and varied caseload, working with a wide range of clients, including developers, homebuyers, and housing associations.

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience within residential conveyancing, with a strong focus on New Homes and related areas.
2. Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex legal matters with confidence.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. A proactive and organised approach to your workload.
