Residential Property Solicitor - Our client is Legal 500 market leader, who have won multiple awards. With several offices across East Kent they have asked us to find them a Residential Property Solicitor at Associate level.

About the Role

They are interested in seeing the CV’s of Solicitors with c.5+ year’s relevant experience in managing their own busy caseload of residential property transactions in a fast paced environment.

You will handle a range of matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity, some of which will be complex.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a step up and lead a thriving team with a sterling reputation. You will need to have a client friendly manner, proactive approach, be hardworking and inspirational.
