Job Description

The Property Development Solicitor should be able to:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into property titles and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Advise clients on legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
