Who we’re looking for- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE
- Experience in complex and high-value residential property matters
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine desire to contribute to team culture
- Mentoring experience or desire to support junior colleagues
What you’ll be doing- Managing your own caseload of high-value residential property transactions
- Working on complex matters, including those involving leasehold issues, trusts, probate, and property portfolios
- Providing timely, accurate legal advice to a wide range of clients
- Supporting junior colleagues and sharing your knowledge within the team
- Contributing to BD and marketing initiatives (e.g., blogs, press, networking events)
- Maintaining high standards of file management, compliance, and client care
Salary & Benefits- £50,000+ depending on experience
- No individual billing targets, focus on quality, not volume
- 2 days working from home after 3-month onboarding
- Open to 4-day working week arrangements
