Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal / Fee-earner

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

A law firm in Crawley is seeking a residential property paralegal with fee earning experience to join their team. The role involves managing a caseload of property sales and purchases, from instruction to post-completion, including handling both sales and purchases of properties.

Key duties include:

1. Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
2. Drafting reports on title
3. Liaising with clients and third parties such as mortgage lenders
4. Dealing with enquiries
5. File opening and closing, including matter balances
6. Companies House registrations
7. Scheduling deeds to mortgage lenders
8. Drafting agreements, deeds, and contracts
9. Reviewing and reporting on title
